Who we are

Canasta Girls ("we," "us") runs canasta classes, game nights and tournaments. This policy explains how we handle information collected through canastagirls.com.

Information we collect

We only collect information you give us directly:

Class registrations: your name, phone number, email address and the class you choose.
Emails and calls: anything you include when you email info@canastagirls.com or call us.

We don't ask for payment details, and we don't create accounts on this website.

How we use it

To confirm your registration and contact you about your class.
To answer your questions.
To tell you about upcoming classes, game nights and tournaments, if you've signed up with us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the services that help us run this website:

Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers our email.
Google (Gmail) is where registration emails and messages to info@canastagirls.com are received.
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.

We may also share information if required by law.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics that follow you around the web. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may use essential cookies to keep the site secure and protect it from spam and attacks.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you're involved with Canasta Girls or as needed to answer your request. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop sending you event updates. Just email info@canastagirls.com and we'll take care of it.

Keeping it safe

This site uses a secure (https) connection, and we limit who can see your information. No method of sending or storing information online is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
